ABOUT US
Having been a Cabin Manager & Recruitment Manager for a leading Airline for over 12 years, no two days were the same. Over this period, I have had to deal with and manage very different and difficult First Aid situations, from minor ailments to the more life-threatening conditions; including Heart Attacks to Anaphylaxis shock. When a passenger’s life was in jeopardy, it would be the Cabin Managers decision, after liaising with the Captain on whether a flight should be diverted? (The cost to divert a flight - can exceed over £20,000 to the airline). This question was always very easy to answer - The PRESERVATION of life!
I have treated many a patient / casualty and as you can imagine your adrenaline is heightened, however after any serious event, knowing you have saved a life is very empowering!
After several months of gaining a teaching qualification, hard work, studying, exams and being assessed - First Aid in Training was formed.
As an Accredited Instructor with Nuco Training, it enables us as a team, to deliver training all over the UK. If it is not an area I cover, there will be another great Instructor around the corner, that can deliver your course!
